How it works

Here's what you get when you work with us

Every athlete gets a plan, a coach in the cage, and a private portal to review the work from home.

Evaluation

We watch you hit, field, and throw, film all of it, and capture baseline numbers with Rapsodo.

Your plan

Coach EJ maps out what to fix first and the drills that will get you there.

Train

Hands-on sessions in the cage. Every swing is recorded and measured.

Review at home

Log in to your player portal and rewatch every swing with its numbers right beside it.

FAQ

Questions parents ask

Who do you train?

Baseball and softball players from youth leagues through high school and college development. We coach hitting, fielding, catching, and the mental side of the game.

What happens at the first session?

An evaluation. We watch your athlete hit, field, and throw, film it, and take baseline numbers. You leave with a plan for what to work on first.

What should my athlete bring?

Bat, glove, helmet, and water. Catchers should bring their gear.

How does the player portal work?

After each session we upload the swing videos as private (unlisted) YouTube links and add the numbers. Your athlete logs in, picks the workout day and the swing, and watches it back with the stats on the side. The videos aren't listed anywhere public, and the links only appear after login.

What is Rapsodo?

A launch monitor that measures every batted ball: exit velocity, launch angle, distance, direction, and spin. It turns "that felt good" into numbers you can track week to week.

Where are you located, and when are you open?

26024 N 155th Ave, Surprise, AZ 85387. We train Monday through Friday 3–9 PM and Saturday 9 AM–5 PM, and we're closed Sunday.
